Rather than forcing you into purchasing more protection than you need with canned maintenance plans we will create a plan that makes sense. By learning about your infrastructure through our comprehensive Site Analysis, we'll make recommendations and design custom fit support agreements that meet your budget and your needs.
Many clients aren't aware that factory warranties may only include parts coverage during the first year to two years upon installation. In fact, even while under warranty, many manufacturers will not provide labor and travel costs to repair their system in the event of system failure.
We offer maintenance agreements that provide proper factory level maintenance for units that are both under warranty and after they fall out of warranty. The following is a matrix for a base level agreements:
